5 High-Protein Breakfast Ideas with Oats and Muesli
By Muscle Blessing Nutrition Team · · 2 min read

Quick, filling breakfasts that help you hit your protein target, made with oats, muesli, curd and a scoop of whey. Ready in minutes.
Breakfast is one of the easiest places to add protein to your day, and a high-protein start keeps you fuller for longer. These five ideas take under ten minutes and use simple ingredients. Check your product labels for exact protein per serving.
1. Protein oats
Cook a bowl of Alpino High Protein Rolled Oats in milk. Let it cool for a minute, then stir in half a scoop of whey protein so it does not clump. Top with banana and a spoon of peanut butter.
2. Overnight oats
Mix oats, milk, a spoon of curd and chia seeds in a jar the night before. In the morning, add fruit and a drizzle of honey. It is ready the moment you wake up and travels well.
3. Muesli and curd bowl
Thick curd or Greek yoghurt is naturally high in protein. Add a generous handful of Pintola High Protein Muesli for crunch and some berries or pomegranate on top.
4. Breakfast shake
Blend a scoop of whey with milk, a banana, two spoons of oats and a few ice cubes. It is the fastest option on busy mornings and easy to drink on the way out.
5. Paneer and egg add-ons
Pair any of the bowls above with a few boiled eggs or a small serving of paneer bhurji. Combining a grain with a protein source keeps you full until lunch.
Tips for a better protein breakfast
- Aim for a meaningful amount of protein at breakfast rather than leaving most of it for dinner.
- Add whey after cooking, not while boiling, to avoid lumps.
- Prepare overnight oats for two or three days at a time to save time.
